Responsible for all aspects of Nursing and staff within the Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Assist in developing standards for nursing practice. Ensure all aspects of nursing care comply with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. Develop and motivate others. Demonstrate leadership qualities through sound fiscal decisions, self-control, and articulation.
Baccalaureate in Nursing or a Graduate degree in Nursing. Maintain current Missouri license as a professional nurse (RN).
Seven years RN experience including a minimum of three (3) years in a NICU setting.
Five years progressive leadership experience.
Ability to analyze information, formulate and implement effective plans for using information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
