Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking a dynamic and talented LPN (5 pm to 5 am) to help us continue with our tradition of helping young men to have the greatest chance of success possible. S/he practices ongoing student assessment, evaluation and update of student care through observation of physical and behavioral symptoms and communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed as well as documenting findings accurately. S/he administers medications appropriately and documents all data accurately according to facility policy. S/he participates in formulation of individual treatment/care plans for all students and implements plan according to facility policy.
