Spring Mountain is seeking a dynamic experienced Registered Nurse- Intake Coordinator.
Spring Mountain is comprised of two locations:

The Registered Nurse- Intake Coordinator
Responds to telephone and/or walk-in requests for psychiatric assistance.
Assesses each inquiry to determine clinical need of caller and/or patient, and makes referral to appropriate level of care.
Makes arrangements with a member of the Intake team to evaluate patient.
Maintains daily log of all incoming and pending Intake calls.
Maintains a good working relationship and ongoing communication with referral sources.
At the beginning of each shift, retrieves information regarding all calls received during off-duty hours and completes necessary follow-up.
Verifies insurance benefits.Clears admissions financially with the Business Office.
Completes the admission of patients.
Collaborates with hospital personnel and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Promotes a positive working environment and guest relations.
