Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing to patients of the Center for Advance Wound Healing Hyperbaric (HBO) program, under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician. All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the hyperbaric physician.
Current license TX or certification is required on one of the following areas: (1) National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, (2) Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician, (3) Licensed Vocational Nurse, (4) Registered Nurse, (5) Emergency Medical Technician, (6) Certified Hyperbaric Technologist
Accredited school of applicable discipline.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare is required. Wound, Hyperbaric, or critical care experience is preferred.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others. Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide competent care as appropriate to the ages of patients served by this position.
