River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Nursing Supervisor.Â Â We are searching forÂ candidates who have Nursing Supervision experience to help build up our Pool for support on weekends when needed. These selected candidates will coordinate and supervise the activities of the Hospital to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Will direct the activities of Nurses and Psychiatric Technicians. Coordinates admissions and provides assessment, RN coverage and other direct patient care when appropriate. Coordinates staffing and scheduling of staff, as well as assisting with re-directing/re-educating staff as needed. Willingly adapts to changes and demonstrates a positive attitude.Â This flexibility in scheduling will allow for picking up additional shifts. Will demonstrate professional ethics in the performance of duties; and serves as a role model by supporting and implementing the basic philosophy and standards of the Nursing profession.
