Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is a private, acute inpatient psychiatric facility designed to provide quality services in a supportive environment to children, adolescents and adults.
The Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Nurse for our Partial Hospitalization Program with convenient hours, 8:30am â€" 12:30pm Monday thru Friday. The Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients in the Partial Hospital Program (PHP).
Conducts patient assessments and provides nursing interventions to patients in PHP.
Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
Communicated effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
Provides daily educational groups to psychiatric patients.
Creates effective treatment plans for medical/psychiatric issues.
Conducts wellness checks for patients who are absent from the program.
