Palmetto Health is searching for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Laurel Oaks Med/Surg Unit at our Baptist-Parkridge campus. This unit is a 40 bed med/surg unit with extensive clinical staff at our newest facility in Columbia, South Carolina!
A successful Nurse Manager will provide effective leadership by coordinating and integrating services within their department, among other departments, and with the hospital's primary functions. This role is full time, benefit eligible and provides the opportunity to continue growing as a Nurse Leader!

Required Education: BSN
Required Experience: Minimum of five years' RN experience. One or more years' experience as a Nurse Manager. Med/Surg background preferred.
Required Licensure: Licensed RN in South Carolina; BLS or BCLS
Other Requirements: Must possess knowledge and skills necessary to treat patients; other training as required by department; effective communication and conflict resolution skills
