Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking dynamic and talented Registered Nurses to work in our per diem pool. Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center and offers the most advanced behavioral health, diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. We are looking for Registered Nurses to work on all Units in our per diem pool. In this role, you will assume responsibility for providing patient care in accordance with established standards of professional nursing care. You will utilize psychiatric clinical skills to provide direct patient care with an emphasis on safety. Interacting as an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team you will provide leadership in the department to facilitate excellent patient care.
As a Per Diem employee at Hampton Behavioral Health Center, the requirements of the position are:
Minimum of four (4) shifts per six-week schedule, two (2) shifts must be on weekends
Minimum of one (1) of the Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years) and one (1) Summer holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
You must choose one (1) of the high demand days:Mother's Day, Easter, Black Friday Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Halloween and/or Superbowl Sunday
Invited to attend monthly staff meetings at least every other month.
