Nemours Children’s Health System is recruiting a full-time Director of Clinical Strategy & Service Line Development in Orlando, Florida. This position will develop, grow, and maintain strategically focused service lines and clinical programs integrated throughout Florida, which support the system’s mission, values and strategic objectives.

In collaboration with the health system leadership and physician stakeholders, develop, grow, and maintain strategically focused service lines and clinical programs integrated throughout Florida, which support the system’s mission, values and strategic objectives. Leverage system scale and capability to achieve success, and develop and implement business plans to support the continued growth and success of services lines and clinical programs. Establish the necessary infrastructure for Florida wide service line integration and effective financial and operational oversight of service line programs, services, and staff.
Bachelor’s degree in health service field required; post-graduate degree in business and/or health-service field strongly preferred.
Minimum of five years of management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience working as a service line leader highly preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Must have the following skills and aptitude:
