JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing standardized training delivery via instructor- led facilitation of classroom or remote training classes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.
ï¿½ Provide all supported business units and emerging clients with standardized new hire, refresher, new process and systems training. ï¿½ Functions as a subject matter expert in at least one line of business and creates and updates training curriculum as needed. ï¿½ Create and records, reports and other documentation of training activities. ï¿½ Represent the Training team in meetings with business partners, leadership and project teams. ï¿½ Function as a performance consultant, collaborating with Process and Operations to perform needs assessment and recommend training solutions. ï¿½ Other training related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
ï¿½ High school diploma or equivalent ï¿½ Some college preferred ï¿½ 2 - 3 years of experience in training or leadership position preferred ï¿½ Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
