JOB TITLE: GHF Specialist Annual Giving LOCATION: Justin Drive II DEPARTMENT: Institutional Advancement WORK SCHEDULE: Days (Mon-Fri, 8:00AM – 4:30PM; with occasional weekends and evenings as business needs require) WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing and managing volunteer management and leadership giving programs with a primary focus on carrying a portfolio of prospects capable of making $1k to $10k gifts.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Demonstrates strong writing skills and experience writing marketing or fundraising communications.
Demonstrates a mastery of grammar and editing best practices.
Demonstrates knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the areas of marketing and/or fundraising communications, digital communications, and target audience communications.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and two years of fundraising or account management experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically done in an office environment. Local travel in personal vehicle and/or departmental vehicle between hospitals and other entities may be required.
