Seeking a full-time Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) nurse practitioner to join our excellent post-acute and long-term care team in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate will have training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine. The provider team currently includes two full-time nurse practitioners (wound-care certified), a Geriatrician, and periodic participation of Family Medicine residents. The team cares for 96 long-term care residents and covers a 50-bed post-acute Transitional Care Center.
