What Youï¿½ll Do
Greet patients with world-class customer service
Answer inbound and outbound calls
Comply with all laws protecting patient information
Perform PBX operations
Scan protected health information
Create and file patient information packets and folders
What You Bring to the Team
Caring, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude
Fantastic customer service and communication skills
Great typing skills and computer experience
Desire to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
Dedication to patient privacy laws
Understanding of medical terminology preferred
Enthusiasm to work with patients from diverse backgrounds
What You Will Need to be Successful
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Experience in medical facility, health insurance or related area preferred
Ability to lift or carry up to 25lbs or occasionally push a wheelchair to assist patients (with or without reasonable accommodations)
