The role of the hemostasis clinic RN is to provide care for patients with bleeding and clotting disorders in a multidisciplinary setting. This role includes such duties as triaging complex bleeding and clotting situations, providing education to patients, pre-procedure planning and coordination and infusing various factor products as needed.
THE TEAM: You will be working with a multidisciplinary team small team consisting of the nurse manager, charge nurse, medical assistant, social worker, case manager, pharmacist among others. You will work with the team as well work independently depending on the work flow.
HOURS: 8AM-5PM Monday thru Friday
