Responsible for promoting, monitoring and evaluating quality, safe and cost-effective health care.Oversees Medical Staff Quality Management and coordinates case review.Assists with the coordination of performance improvement functions within the Quality Resource Management department in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
Minimum: Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Five (5) years in the practice of nursing in an acute care setting.
Five (5) years in the practice of hospital Performance Improvement or relevant department.
Registered Nurse-licensed in the State of Florida
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred but not required.
