Fairview Lakes Medical Center is seeking a RN for the critical care float pool.

This is a .6 FTE on the night shift, 7pm-7am
Float to Med/Surg, Emergency Department and ICU
12 hour shifts
Includes every third weekend and holiday hours
This position is located at Fairview Lakes in Wyoming, MN.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
Med/Surg, Emergency Department, and Critical Care Float Required:
Current MN RN Licensure in good standing
Minimum of one year previous Emergency Department or Critical Care RN experience
Minimum of one year previous Med/Surg RN experience
BLS certification for a healthcare providers
TNCC within 1 year and/or successful completion of approved trauma training program within 6 months
BSN or BAN degree
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated flexibility with the ability and willingness to change direction on short notice.
Ability to promote professional nursing practice across nursing units/subspecialties.
Displays appropriate priority setting and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated commitment to learn, grow and share knowledge.
