The MyCode Community Health Initiative is a precision health project enrolling patients at Geisinger locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Precision Health Regional Lead works under the direction of the Precision Health Operations Manager and is responsible for the oversight of consenting activities within the assigned region. Under minimal supervision of an experienced Operations Manager or designee, this position is responsible for oversight of regional consenting activities including implementation of the MyCode protocol, resource planning, team management, project tracking, study metrics, data collection and auditing, and assisting in the expansion of the program within the assigned region.
Secondary responsibilities include being a local resource for clinic staff and clinicians in their support of MyCode.
Reports to Precision Health Operations Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health related field with a minimum of 4 years applicable research, supervisory, or project coordination experience required.
Master's degree in health sciences, public health or related field with a minimum of 2 years applicable research, supervisory, or project coordination experience required.
