MEDNAX has an excellent opportunity for a neonatal nurse practitioner to work collaboratively with our team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners at Tucson Medical Center.

  • Full-time position covering an average of four days per week with 12-hour day shifts, or two days a week with 24 hour coverage
  • Mix of 12-hour day shifts, 12-hour night shifts, and/or 24-hour shifts
  • Opportunities for transport service
  • 44-bed, Level-III NICU with more than 550 admissions annually and an average daily census of 37
  • NNPs co-manage infants in the NICU alongside neonatologists and are the first responder to high risk deliveries; transports are optional
  • Busy delivery service with approximately 6,000 annual deliveries
