That’s why we’re looking for an innovative leader to oversee all aspects of the service line, with emphasis on the development of new programs and initiatives. Areas of accountability will include:
Developing and managing a performance metrics dashboard
Collaborating on process improvement strategies and goals
Working with the community to identify gaps in care delivery
Modeling the financial impact of new programs and services
Analyzing market data to leverage emerging trends and opportunities
Promoting and enabling clinical engagement in a multidisciplinary practice
Motivating, supporting, and educating Women’s and Children’s Services teams
You should be an agent and champion of change, with good judgment and strategic insights to build trust and influence decisions. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data analysis, and mentoring techniques is a must, as the persistence and sense of urgency to drive initiatives forward to achieve system goals.
Necessary qualifications include 5-8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Women’s and Children’s Services in an acute care setting, along with an MBA or master’s degree (or equivalent) in a healthcare-related field. Previous experience as a licensed clinician will be a plus.
