This role manages, with a physician dyad partner, the areas of Medical Oncology Clinic, Chemotherapy and Community Infusion. Plans, manages, coordinates and evaluates activities of assigned area including resource management, quality, regulatory compliance, educational opportunities, and financial management. Serves as a nurse leader and role model to staff.
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE, salaried, benefits-eligible position. This is a day shift role with no weekends.
Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned areas to ensure support of the mission, goals, and objectives ofMHealth Fairview Health Services.
Oversight of clinic nurses, infusion nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, medical recordsand front desk patient check-in staff.
Responsible for human resources management for assigned areas to achieve quality service and positive employee relations.
Responsible for effective fiscal management of assigned areas to ensure proper utilization of financial resources.
Develops and maintains a healthy, supportive work environment, demonstrating behaviors consistent with MHealth Fairview commitments
Collaborate with Woodwinds Manager for Medical Oncology and Infusion to support areas with shared staff and develop shared work standards.
