Kindred Hospital Peoria is a 50-bed transitional care hospital offering the same in depth care patients would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We are located downtown in close proximity to OSF, UPM Health Systems and Peoria Civic Center. Kindred Hospital plays a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients who require acute care and rehabilitation over an extended recovery period. Your care is critical.
To be considered for an opportunity at Kindred Hospital Peoria you will need to have an Associate's degree in nursing or Nursing diploma from an accredited institution and an active IL RN license. ICU RNs need to have knowledge of medication and administration procedures, as well as a minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care or critical care environment.
