Summary

Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

Responsible for HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance tasks.
• Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment.
• Assists other trades when additional help is required.

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field

Experience

Required: Two years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade. HVAC experience

EPA refrigeration certification with 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting commercial equipment.
