Responsible for gap analysis and recommendations for operations for assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining controls for processes related to assigned area of expertise. Responsible for documenting new processes as new technology is introduced to the Revenue Cycle. May be tasked with developing written procedures and training resource guides based on processes. Responsible for conducting audits across critical business processes. Complete analytical assessment of work product and processes to identify root cause of incidences, provide recommendations for workflow process modifications and provide feedback. Prepare reports to communicate results and findings to reporting leadership team, driving accountability and ongoing improvement of metrics. Interface with internal customers to act as a functional and operational liaison for the end user group community. Understand policies and procedures and utilize them for daily reporting quality assurance duties. The analyst will be responsible for documenting, and monitoring business processes and associated workflow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete report inspections as required, ensuring standardization and compliance with established policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Identification of root cause(s) of workflow/process incident management.
Identify critical process opportunities for enhancement and propose tangible solutions to avoid repeatable errors then collaborate with internal and external business partners (Operations, Compliance) to drive accountability and process improvements.
Works independently and with little supervision; prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines; and seeks guidance from manager/director as needed to clarify assignments or requests, ask questions, or seek additional information.
Learns new technologies and systems to advance knowledge of reporting and analysis available through those systems when needed.
Utilizes audit findings to report call trends and recommend training modifications to management.
Performs reconciliation of data input in order to ensure accuracy of reports and metrics.
Special projects as assigned based on departmental needs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
High school diploma or equivalent
2 or 4 year college degree a plus
Strong computer skills, and intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) is required.
2 - 3 years relevant process work experience in assigned functional areas
Experience with Revenue Cycle technology implementations is a plus
Include minimum certification required to perform the job.
