POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols in CT and diagnostic x-ray. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in P.I. activities. Must work with students from affiliated Radiologic Sciences schools.

Education:

� One year experience in general radiology preferred.

� Prefer experience in CT or Registered in CT.

� Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

� Certified by the State of South Carolina to practice and administer radiation.

Experience:

� One (1) year of experience under a board certified radiologist preferred.

Other Qualifications:

� Current BLS certification.
