Job Summary for?Registered Nurse PCU Full Time Nights at Heart
On our PCU/Telemetry Unit, you�ll act as the leader of the interdisciplinary team providing compassionate professional nursing care to a variety of medical/surgical patients with specific neuro/cardiac needs, including stroke, cardiac related conditions, respiratory disorders and a variety of other conditions across the continuum of care for a diverse population of patients.? You�ll be responsible for directing the work of Patient Care Assistants who will be there to support you in providing exemplary patient care.
Special Skills:?Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above average pressure. Excellent customer service skills. Must have basic computer skills.??
Strongly preferred experience?in TELE/ PCU or Stepdown or 2 years of Medical surgical expr. in an acute care setting.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:??
Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona. BSN Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:?
RN TELE or PCU or 2 years of Medical surgical experience in an Acute Care setting.
Required Certifications/Licensure:
