Administrative Medicine is seeking to hire two highly qualified Registered Nurses for the COVID 19 Testing Center. The reason for temporary assignment is based on COVID-19 needs. Appointment may not exceed 9/30/2021. May be terminated or extended at any time based on the needs of the facility. Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates good clinical practice skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills. Administrative Medicine is seeking a well-rounded RN. RN position is clinically and administratively responsible under the direction of the Administrative Medicine Chief. RN will provide the hands-on day to day operation of the facility Employee Health Unit (EHU) COVID-19 Testing Center. The RN will optimize employee care delivery and employee outcomes that follow established guidelines to provide and coordinate proper testing. RN will be performing the COVID-19 test to employees that are scheduled for testing. RN will collaborate with the COVID 19 Nurse Practitioners to coordinate timely testing of employees daily. Immediately report any obstacles to testing directly to the COVID 19 Nurse Practitioners. The RN will complete tasks assigned but the majority of the role encompasses performing nursing activities that include the core of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning and evaluation) and that requires specialized nursing knowledge, judgment and/or skill. The RN performs nursing assessments; triages face to face. RN will render testing in a clean and protected area with the proper PPE provided. RN will provide a comfortable and safe environment while demonstrating good communication skills. RN will rotate 12 hours shifts to complete a 40-hour work week. Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday rotating 12 hour shifts, 7:00am to 7:30pm and 7:30pm to 7:00am Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
