Fairview Lakes Medical Center is seeking a RN for the med surg unit.
24 bed Medical/Surgical Unit.
Capabilities to provide telemetry to up to 12 patients at a time.
Team Supported by Inpatient Nursing Director and Med/Surg Nurse Manager. 1 HUC/NST on all shifts, NA patient ratio is 1:8-10 patients, RN patient ratio is 1:4 on days, 1:6 on nights.
RNs trained to care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical (post-op) needs.

.6 FTE on evening shift
Every other weekend (F, S, S)

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure and professional practice guidelines. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
