The Nurse Practitioner Addiction Medicine is a skilled member of the allied health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, according to Nurse Practitioner Protocol, and within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Wisconsin.
In this casual role, you will care for expecting patients across our central and northern service area.
Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic Health System.
Minimum Required: Master's Degree in Nursing, graduate of Mental health Nurse Practitoner Certification.
Preferred/Optional: Doctor of Nursing Practice.
Minimum Required: One year in specialty.
Preferred/Optional: Two years nursing experience.
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:
Minimum Required: Current Wisconsin RN Licensure, Nurse Practitioner Certification by a national certifying body. Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification. CPR certification. DATA-waiver prescription privilege (DEAX).
