Description Advanced Practice Clinician (Rural Health Clinics) Job/Position Summary: The Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) is service/physician aligned, managing a distinct patient population. The APC may be required to perform some outpatient and inpatient care and facilitate discharges/outpatient follow up.
