Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Specialty Track Director
Position Summary: The University of Utah, College of Nursing is seeking a qualified Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for an administrative faculty appointment as a Specialty Track Director. This position will combine leadership, teaching, scholarship, and clinical practice in the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) track of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program. Criteria: Graduation from an accredited WHNP program; doctoral preparation (DNP or PhD); National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP); Utah State APRN licensure and prescriptive authority; Basic Cardiac Life Support certification; and five or more years’ experience as a practicing WHNP are required.
