The Diabetes Educator RN is a member of the Specialty Medicine Service whose role is to provide safe, prompt, and skillful nursing care for patients with health complaints related to pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and endocrine disorders. Care is provided to patients with the goal of achieving quality patient care by improving clinical outcomes, increasing continuity of care, and minimizing health care costs. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 05/19/2022. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship. Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed
