Responsible for recruitment and retention programs and other aspects related to the maintenance of a highly competent workforce for Patient Care Service. Functions as an internal consultant in evaluating programs, resources, and services. Initiates and maintains databases, prepares, reports, and works collaboratively with others to assess variances and project needs. Facilitates recommendations for systems and/or resource changes that will serve to improve the work force/resource utilization. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
