We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.
The selected RN will be an energetic Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team focused on providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.
This position shift is predominately a Day shift and Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call, as required.
Requirements:
BSN preferred
Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Current RN licensure required
3 years or more Operating Room experience required
2-3 years of Open Heart Team experience preferred
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
