This position will work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards. Our Float Pool Consists of three teams: Acute Care, Critical Care, and Housewide.   Acute Care Float will float to General Pediatrics Med/Surg, Hem/Onc, Neuro/Renal/Transplant, Ortho/Trauma, and Biobehavioral Health. Critical Care Float will float to NICU, PICU, CVICU, and Emergency Department. Housewide Float will float to any/all inpatient units within the hospital.   Ful
