This position develops, implements, and evaluates proactive educational plans and programs to address staff and departmental needs to ensure ongoing enhancement and improvement of staff skills, competencies and professional growth in accordance with established standards, requirements and regulations.
Education
Bachelors degree in Nursing. (Required)
Experience
One year experience in a preceptor or leadership role in the specific specialty area. (Required)
Two years clinical pediatric nursing experience. (Required)
Adult teaching experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
Current State of Arizona RN license. (Required)
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association. (Required)
National Certification in clinical specialty and/or nursing professional development. (Preferred)
