OverviewOpportunity to work 12 or 24 hour shifts!We are hiring another neonatal nurse practitioner to complement our existing staff of 26 NNPs/PNPs and neonatologists with the Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, TX. Rotation within the system will give an NNP access to Level III and Level II NICUs.The schedule allows for 12 and 24 hour shifts with 24 hour, in-house coverage being the primary schedule.Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, caring for well- newborns, rounding on all acuity levels and participating in hospital quality improvement programs and staff educational support.
