Lee Health is seeking a Neurosurgery Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA)!

Position Information:

LPG Neurosurgery is seeking a full time Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) in neurosurgery to join their busy 5 physicians and 8 advanced provider practice. The practice has outpatient clinics and covers the inpatient services at both Lee Memorial Hospital and Gulf Coast Medical Center. This position covers trauma and stroke call for the Health System. Ideal candidates for this position will be interested in general neurosurgery, brain/spine trauma and ability to cover the stroke program.

Hospital Summary:

Gulf Coast Medical Center is a 624 bed acute care facility that is centrally located in Fort Myers FL. Gulf Coast Medical Center houses the Neuroscience Institute, orthopedic services, and general surgery. The hospital offers 24/7 access to emergency care and minimally invasive catheter procedures to treat stroke, as well as a dedicated neuroscience intensive care unit. GCMC is a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center with 2 certified Primary Stroke Centers at Cape Coral Hospital and Lee Memorial Hospital.

Lee Health has the areas only Level II Trauma Center and DNV Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Lee Memorial Hospital is a 362 bed Level II Trauma Center serving Lee County and the surrounding areas, 24/7 ER with exceptionally trained staff, and houses the Rehabilitation Hospital.
