Location: This is a fieldwork (Home Health) position
The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Home Care
The role you’ll contribute:
Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
Provides accurate and complete documentation.
Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
One (1) year of medical/surgical experience.
Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
