The CVOR Surgical RN has demonstrated knowledge in application of nursing process to the system level and implemented changes/improvements beyond the unit level. The CVOR Surgical RN is responsible implementing policies or changes that focus on patient-centeredness and VHA missions as assigned, in addition to managing direct care assignments.
