Denver Health Medical Center is recruiting for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our NICU team. Under general supervision, provides care of infants in Neonatal Intensive Care and Well Baby Nursery, including follow-up planning. Functions as advanced care provider support during day and night for neonatal resuscitations and care of NICU and Well Baby Nursery patients. Performs procedures with residents. Teaches medical, physician assistant and nursing students and pediatric and family medicine residents. May perform administrative support functions as required. Participates in and leads programmatic initiatives in the NICU and Nursery.Essential Functions: Provide patient care in Neonatal Intensive Care U
