Job DescriptionGeneral Summary Under the general supervision of the Manager of Clinical Excellence, the Clinical Coach is an experienced RN that functions at the unit level to provide "just in time" clinical support to orientation. The Clinical Coach serves as educator, mentor, and coach and uses a mix of real-time and pre-planned experiential learning activities and clinical support to achieve quality patient outcomes, promote Orientation Teams and promote clinical excellence.
