Are you a soon to graduate RN student looking to join our Advanced Acute Care Units, but not sure which specialty to choose? This opportunity will allow you to work as an Inpatient RN in our various units within the hospital, while you choose which unit fits you best. Geisinger is proud to offer a Graduate Inpatient RN up to 19,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! $40.25 minimum hiring rate with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
