Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its practice at Lake Mary Hospital, the newest addition to the Orlando Health family.

Hospital opening date in early 2025Annual projected deliveries of 1,000 with an adc in the newborn nursery of 6-7Level II NICU projected adc of 5-6 by year end, with 2,000 deliveries and 24/7 coverageTeam of neonatologists, NNPs and Pediatric HospitalistNeonatologist onsite 8 hours daily and will take call from homeMust be in a 30 minute on-call response radiusNNP schedule of 12 and 24-hour shiftsSupported by the Orlando Health flagship NICU located at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a 142-bed, Level-IV NICU

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
• FL license required
• Certified NNP with recent experience required
