Overview 3C Psych Associates and RNs report to the Nurse Manager Size of unit: 14 beds Size of team: 6 RNs, 5 Psychiatric Associates, 6 Therapists, 2 HUCS, and one Behavioral Assistant Staffing patterns: 1 RN on each shift regardless of census, 1 PA for 1-6 patients on days and eves, 2 PAs for 7-14 patients days and eves, 1 PA or BA on nights regardless of census, 3-4 therapists per day (one day,one split, one evening), 1 HUC per day 11-7, one provider for the unit (nurse practitioner) Highlights of why someone would want to work on 3C: team approach, intensive family and individual therapy unit, 5-7 day program, patients are voluntary and agree not to run away, harm themselves or others, attend all groups, the
