Description Patient Care Coordinator (RN Required)- Neurology Clinic- FT Days Neuromuscular PCC The Neuromuscular division at VUMC sees patients with a variety of neuromuscular diseases such as ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), various forms of Muscular Dystrophy, Guillain- Barre' Syndrome, CIDP, and several other Neuromuscular disease processes. This patient population requires continuous assessment, triage, patient education, and coordination of appropriate resources via MHAV and phone assessments/teachings.
