Director of Midwifery Services
The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Midwifery Service Director to guide our growing practice. The Director will provide L&D coverage at CRMH and see patients in a Roanoke-based ambulatory clinic and will oversee the operations for both Roanoke and New River midwifery care models. The position will report to the Chair of the OB/GYN Department. In addition to clinical responsibilities the Director will collaborate with the Carilion Women's leadership team to develop a strategic growth plan for a Nurse-Midwifery care model throughout the Carilion Clinic system, positioning Carilion Clinic as a regional and national leader in quality midwife-led care delivery.
