Registered Nurse (PACT, Primary Care)
The PACT Registered Nurse coordinates local PACT implementation, training, communication, outreach and sustainability of the PACT model. The PACT Registered Nurse plans, organizes, directs and evaluates the PACT program and reports related actions/activities to facility, VISN and national VA leadership. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
