Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) is looking for an RN, BSN required, that has ED experience. Clinical education experience is a plus. As a Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Generalist you will be responsible for: developing all meet & greets, orientation and onboarding for all new hires; auditing the staff to ensure that they are completing all training; developing all educational sessions; as well as creation and development of policy and procedures.
Schedule: Full Time – Days, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Unit Summary
BSWH Hillcrest is a 236-bed multi-specialty hospital with the Lead Trauma Facility for a 5-county region and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region. BSWH Hillcrest in Waco, TX is the official Healthcare provider for Baylor University Athletics and has the most comprehensive freestanding Cancer Center in the Waco Region. The 43-bed Emergency department is a designated Level II Trauma Center, designated Primary Stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of RN School of Nursing
- BSN required; Master’s preferred
- 2 Years of experience
- Must be licensed to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas by start date
