Certified Nurse Midwife (Full-Time) – Private Practice | Tri-Cities, WA

About Us
We are a well-established private practice currently comprised of 1 physician and 2 midwives. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team and help expand our growing patient base.

Position Overview
Under indirect supervision, you will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, newborn care, family planning, and gynecologic services. Care is delivered in accordance with standards set by the American College of Nurse-Midwives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care
• Manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric and gynecologic patients
• Deliver primary care within scope of practice
• Assist with cesarean sections and GYN surgeries
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for consults and referrals
• Participate in education and mentorship of students and clinical staff
• Take part in on-call rotation (may include 24/7 coverage)

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time position (4.5 days/week in-office)
• Ongoing management of your own patient panel
• Strong support from the practice to help you build and grow your patient base

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program
• Minimum 1 year of experience (practicum experience accepted)
• Current CPR certification
• Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)

• Base Salary: $120,000 annually
• Bonus: Percentage of deliveries
