Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills/customer service.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have positive customer service skills.
- Answering call bells and telephones using proper phone etiquette.
- Attending to the functions of the unit, bed assignments, working with the nurses, nursing assistants, and leadership to promote a positive patient experience.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred:
- BLS certification
- CNA certification
- Prior experience in an acute care setting
